From clients booking an event: name, email address, phone number, event address, event date, guest count, and any notes you submit with your booking request.

From crew members: name, email address, phone number, general location/area, and role preferences, which you or a manager enter into our staff roster.

We use this information to plan and staff your event, calculate pricing, and communicate with you about it — including by text message and email. Crew members' information is used to schedule shifts, build event teams, and send shift-related notifications.

By submitting your phone number through our booking form or staff roster, you agree to receive text messages related to your event booking (such as a quote confirmation) or your shift assignments. Message frequency varies based on your bookings or scheduled shifts. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use third-party providers to operate this system, who may process your information on our behalf: Twilio (text messaging), Google (sign-in and calendar sync for staff), Anthropic (automated processing of booking form submissions), and Vercel/Turso (hosting and database). These providers only use your information to provide their service to us.

We retain booking and staff records for as long as needed for business, scheduling, and financial record-keeping purposes.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by contacting us below.

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
